About ON TIME WATCHES
Our Story
On Time Watches exists because a genuinely great watch shouldn't cost £8,000. We build Seiko mod watches: real Seiko automatic movements, rebuilt around premium cases, dials, hands, and crystals, to create timepieces you won't see on anyone else's wrist, without the markup you'd pay for a name on the dial.
Where the Movement Comes From
Every watch starts with a genuine Seiko automatic movement, sourced through Seiko's own commercial supply chain (its subsidiaries TMI and SII, which sell movements to outside brands and builders as part of their actual business). Nothing smuggled, nothing reverse engineered.
What "Mod" Actually Means
A mod isn't a fake and it isn't a knockoff. It's a genuine Seiko movement rebuilt with a new case, dial, hands, bezel, and crystal, the same way people build custom PCs from off-the-shelf parts instead of buying prebuilt. What you get is a design that doesn't exist off any factory shelf, running on a movement that's 100% real Seiko.
Quality Control
Every watch is timed and tested before it ships, and checked for fit and finish across the case, crystal, crown, and bracelet.
