Shipping Policy — On Time Watches

Made to Order Every watch we sell is built entirely to order. Rather than holding pre-made stock, each timepiece is assembled part by part, specifically for you. This ensures that every order receives the same level of care and attention from the moment it is placed.

Production Time Because of our made-to-order process, please allow 3–5 working days for your watch to be crafted before it is dispatched. We appreciate your patience during this stage — it is what allows us to deliver a quality product every time.

Delivery Once your order has been completed and dispatched, please allow additional time for transit depending on your location. You will receive a notification once your order is on its way.

Shipping Costs All standard orders are shipped free of charge. We believe getting your watch to you should not come at an extra cost.

Express Option If you would prefer not to wait, we offer an express option at checkout. Selecting this will place your order at the front of our production queue, reducing your wait time significantly. This is the only paid shipping option we offer — standard shipping remains free for all customers.
