A Seiko Mod is a custom built watch that uses a Seiko movement most commonly the NH35, NH36, or NH34 combined with aftermarket/custom components.
Typically, the builder changes parts such as:
A Seiko Mod isn't a watch made by Seiko. The movement may be genuine Seiko/NH-series, while the rest of the watch is assembled from third party components.
For example, a watch could contain a genuine Seiko NH35 automatic movement, but have a third-party case, dial, hands, bracelet and crystal.
That's essentially what makes it a "mod": you're modifying/customising the watch rather than buying a complete factory Seiko model.

Our watch components are sourced from Japan and assembled by watchmakers in both the UK and Taiwan.
Because Japan and Taiwan are geographically close, we’re able to maintain an efficient supply and production process, allowing components to move quickly between suppliers and our assembly partners.
We use a hybrid production model our UK watchmakers handle orders where possible, while our trusted Taiwan based team helps with additional production during periods of high demand.
This allows us to maintain consistent quality while keeping our standard delivery time at 5–8 working days.

The watch is weighty and feels like a quality time piece. Adjusting the syrap was easy for my son to do for me. Time keeping is accurate and I have received compliments on the watch. My only gripe is the dial. It was sold as champagne and it isn't... its silver which isn't what I wanted
Love the watch i have some expensive pieces and the quality of this one is as good as some of them costing thousands more, only moan is took a bit to arrive but I'm impatient.
